Located in the lovely zone, it was a decent base for holidays. Cereals, toast, fruit and eggs were brilliant and delightful, delicious choice for breakfast.

Rooms were very small.

Food and rooms are pleasant here, had a fabulous stay in a long time.

The place is clean, the room is silent, the staff is polite!

Perfect and exceptionally clean place offers warm breakfast and stunning location very close to Ambleside village.

Lots of food at breakfast, such as fruit, eggs, cereal and toast. This was a beautiful hotel with a central location in walking distance to town centre.

Thank you everyone for a real good stay at the best hotel in Ambleside. Brand-new units with a wonderful view, tea, for instance, and the staff were attentive.

Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

Excellent stay, brand-new place. The room was silent and immaculate with a super bed. The hotel was minutes from the heart of Ambleside. Service was excellent, no complaint.

Such wonderful experience, good base for rest. English breakfast was hearty and the staff were best. I loved that the junior suite was beautifully designed and airy. Lovely gardens on the territory. The hotel was in the central setting😀👍

Ideal location, absolutely beautiful staff, really amazing bed. Huge and well cleaned room, great value. Its terrific service. Moreover, it was easy to park outside. Food was astonishing and I have nothing but perfect memories from this trip.

Great value, unobtrusive staff & outstanding meal in the morning. The room was warm and it had the best bathroom. The hotel was near lake, Ambleside town centre and Ambleside thanks to its simple location. Free hot beers and coffee in the main bar, ample parking place.

I had a lovely experience here, everything was fantastic, the location was perfect really close to the lake as well as Ambleside. I loved eggs, fruit, cereal, yoghourt and toast served for breakfast.

The whole experience was very enjoyable from start to finish, would recommend. Hotel staff was immensely pleasant and property was spotless. The service was first-class here.

Planned to see Ambleside major attractions and it was perfect base for visiting all of them. Good sized, new-fashioned room with great amenities...

We would definitely recommend, to anyone staying in Ambleside. Nice assortment of tea, fruit, bangers and pastries for breakfast.

The hotel is MODERN, spotlessly clean, has fab views and rooms. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Ishaas Indian Eatery that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
